Kindergarten!

I still don't know how to feel about Cooper starting school. When I dropped him off this morning I was fighting back tears and he just ran right in and said "see ya mom!" When I thought about becoming a mommy I didn't think about past the time that they would be home with me. Now I feel strange and old. He's in the real world now and I can't protect him from everything. He's so excited though and that's better than dragging him there kicking and screaming. Wish us luck!

I decided not to post the picture of him in front of the school because the name was there and I don't want psychos finding us. But he is going to the same elementary school that I went to and also my dad!

County Fair and the Zoo

Cooper's Grandma Harrison is a 4-H leader and decided that Cooper should enter a bug collection into the county fair and he loved catching the bugs and helping pin them. He also put in an art project of an Eric Carle style owl.

Camden and the cows. He is obsessed with animals and tries to make sounds like them. It's so hilarious because he'll scream noises anywhere there are animals.

On Saturday we met up with my sister Jenny, who lives in SLC, to go to the zoo. We took Hannah too. Camden loved the animals of course and even wanted to touch this snake which Cooper and Brooklyn wouldn't get close to.

The penquins were his favorite and he was gripping the railing and refused to leave!

Cooper's favorite is always the train and this was Camden's 1st time on it. It was a great day at the zoo!

Anniversary and Mission call

Yesterday was our 7th Anniversary! We spent Friday night in SLC and ate at The Cheesecake Factory. Yummy! I'm so blessed to have Troy as my husband. He works so hard and plays hard too! He's so fun and easy to get along with and treats me so well. He makes me laugh everyday and always reminds me to enjoy life. It's hard to believe that 7 years have past since he sat in the Bountiful Temple wondering if I was really going to show up! (I wasn't even late, he was just early) 3 kids, 3 states, several jobs and schools and a million memories. I love you Troy.

Also my adorable brother, Jed, got his mission call to Mesa, Arizona. How tempting to go visit! He's going to be an amazing missionary. Anyone who knows Jed would say the same. He's so good but he's also an incredible people person, super intelligent, funny, talented and kind. My kids will be lost without him. He's as good as they get!
