More of Seaside...

In random order...
Playing at the beach in the cold.

Running with the kite

Father and son with kite

Building a sand castle

Digging

More diggin'

Getting warm in the condo
Had to include this because Camden was obsessed with the sand. He said "probably that's a big sandbox"!

Looking at the harbor seals and the aquarium. We even got to feed them fish heads!

Touching star fish and the aquarium

Enjoying some Tillamook ice cream. So yummy! (Marionberry Pie is amazing and you can get it at WinCo :)

Summer Vacation

At the end of June we left for a family trip! We had a wonderful vacation to Seaside, Oregon and then on to Poulsbo, Washington to see Troy's family. It will take several post to document this.

Here we are at the beach!

These 3 got right in even though it was only 59 degrees outside and the water was freezing. Cooper got suprised by a wave and fell all the way in and then Brooklyn did the same. We walked backed to our condo and they were soaked and shivering!
Camden did not like the water and only wanted to stand in the sand.
Macey's 1st feel of the ocean water
At the Tillamook Cheese Factory. Yum!

This picture is special because my dad took a picture just like this of me with my siblings when we came here. It is in Ecola State Park near Seaside. It was so cold and the kids were not happy to be pulled out of the van to snap this picture but it made Grandpa happy!

It started pouring and Cooper and Troy were the only ones brave enough to get out at this spot and watch the surfers. I'm pretty sure they were crazy to be surfing in this!
Here we are standing in the cold and rain!

Lots more to come...

Camden's and Troy's Birthdays

Could I be more behind? Camden turned 3 at the end of June and Troy's b-day is 2 days later.
