Look at what I can do Mommy!

This is how I found Camden the other day while he was suppose to be taking a nap. He thought he was so funny. I want him to stop growing up! He's all over the place these days and I am sad he is getting to be less of a baby. He sure is cute though!

I came home from grocery shopping to find this little gangster instead of my baby. You can kinda see his two little teeth.

Soccer!

I am officially a Soccer Mom! Cooper started soccer last week (in the snow) and his daddy is the coach! They are having lots of fun but we are hoping to be playing in warmer weather soon. Here are a few pictures of the first freezing game. More to come later.

He likes to stop and wave and make sure we are watching him.

More Easter

This is the best we got of the whole family. Everyone was squinting. I give up!

Hunting for eggs

Easter

I'm finally getting around to Easter. We have terrible pictures and I'm ornery about posting because of it! Oh well.

All of the kids got new church clothes and other little goodies in their baskets.

Dyeing eggs. They dragged Caleb out of bed to do it with them. Then he got dye on his shirt thanks to Cooper. This is the first year that Troy has been home when we've dyed them in 3 years so I let him deal with it!

I told Troy to take some pictures right before church. Cooper is holding Camden up by his neck so it looks like he's choking him. Typical.

Now he's forcing his head up. Then Camden fell into the beauty bark and ended up with a huge scratch on his face. I love trying to take pictures of my children.

Cooper insisted that Camden wear the gigantic tie that Coop recently outgrew. Ha ha! Brooklyn is convinced she's a princess now and poses all the time.

Daddy's Little Princess

Brooklyn really is a Daddy's girl. She loves her mommy too but she has a special bond with her daddy. So she was thrilled to be going on a date with him to the Princess Wishes on Ice. She even bragged to me that she was "going on a date with daddy and not you, ha ha". She has Troy wrapped around her finger and he cannot say no to her. He just HAD to get her a princess dress. It was completely his doing, not mine. She was delighted and had a great time. So did her daddy!

Brookie's favorite princess "Ariel"

Could she be any more happy?!

Cooper, Camden and I also went out on a Mother/Son date but there are no pictures. We went out to dinner and Cooper spent his birthday money from an uncle on a toy dinosaur. He missed Brooklyn and wondered why his date wasn't as long as hers!

Sick of being sick

There is a reason I haven't posted for so long. We have all been sick for forever. Colds, ear infections, stomach viruses. Yes, we have had it all. Hopefully it will end and we can get on with our lives and have a little fun. In fact we are starting tonight. It's Daddy/Daughter and Mother/Sons date night! Pictures to come....

Sittin' pretty

Camden may be the laziest sitter I've had. Once he gets tired of sitting for a second, he throws himself down. I finally got some pictures of him sitting up.

Now he's down

We finally brought out the highchair and he loved it. He kept making funny faces and banging on the table.

I can't believe my baby is 8 months old!
